This 98 m² apartment was designed for a private client who wanted to prepare the property for resale. Located in a premium residential building, the brief called for an interior with lasting appeal and a distinctive sense of character.

The design

We paired restrained neoclassical detailing with natural parquet, veneered furniture and carefully selected pieces from established design brands. A calm neutral palette allows deep blue accents to bring definition to the rooms, while warm wood and tactile upholstery soften the overall composition.

The irregular shape of the open-plan kitchen and living area became an opportunity to organise the space around its many windows. Reconfigurable sofas allow the seating to turn towards the television or the city skyline, giving the room flexibility without interrupting its openness.

The primary bathroom continues this connection to the view, with the bathtub positioned beside the window. Throughout the apartment, classical references and contemporary furnishings create a composed setting for everyday urban life.
